The order of the tiles on the home page are saved in the cookie. After the user drags any of the home page tiles or changes the position of any tile, that data are store in the cookie. This way the user does not need to rearrange the tiles when revisiting 511nj.org.

Delete Tile List

When the user closes any of the tiles using the close icon on home page tile, the closed tile name is saved in this cookie. So, when the user visits 511NJ.org again, those tiles will not be display on home page.

Map

This cookie is used to save the user’s last zoom level on the Map. This way, when the user visits our site again, the map will display the last zoom level by default on map.

The cookies are stored on the user’s device for the specific browser that was used. Hence, you must use the same device and browser to retain your preferences.

Once the bowser’s cache and cookies are cleared the site is be reset to default settings.
